3.) Choice – Clients will always have the power of choice as it pertains To session focus, treatment planning, and duration of therapeutic Intervention.

4.) Collaboration – All steps of therapy will be collaborative and client Centered.

5,) Empowerment-  After establishing safety and trust, the client and Psychotherapist will use the collaborative approach to identify current Strengths that will serve as the foundation for healthier coping Strategies and improved quality of life.
